if you want to do a backbend kickover so what you do is lay down on the floor put you feet on the chair then do a backbend with your feet on the chair then get someone to put there arms under you and try to kickover and then try on your own you will be able todo it on the flool

You really shouldn’t brag because when you first started gymnastic you probably couldn’t do any of tose things or anything else you know now. You should be encouraging begginers instead of btagging that you are better than them. You may not accually say that you are better than them but you are implying it.

Hi! Wow,I didn’t know that exist so many gymnastics skills. I can only do a forward roll ,a backward roll,a handstand ,a front walkover ,a back walkover ,a cartwheel ,an one hand cartwhell(I don’t know how you call it because in my country we don’t speak english…I mean we speak it but it’s not our first language, so sorry if my english is not very good) a tuck jump ,a straddle jump and a tuck jump 1/1 turn. I would love to learn a back handspring but I don’t know how… I don’t practice gymnastics at a club,I learned all of the skills I know by youtube , so I think I will look at a video or something like that,I just wanted some tips because I am a little afraid to do that. And I don’t know…if I know all of this skills mentioned before in my comment should I start gymnastics? And what level am I? Thank you in advance.:)
