  1. Open gym - this one is pretty self explanatory! Have fun with gymnastics this summer and attend an open gym to just have some fun!
  2. Learn a new skill - whether it's a skill you've just been really wanting to learn or a skill that you are working to achieve for this upcoming season, go for it!
  3. Start a new hobby - think of something you've been wanting to give a try at and go for it!
  4. Read a book - doesn't have to be gymnastics related, but we do have a great list of gymnastics books here!
  5. Watch a new movie - again, doesn't have to be gymnastics related, but we do have wonderful list of those here!
  6. Meditate in the morning - meditating is a great way to get your morning started!
  7. Home workout - whether it's just making up your own, a SkillTrakker workout, or your favorite YouTube workout, get one in!
  8. Practice gratitude - we are all about getting your mindset right and starting your day thinking about a few things you're grateful for is a great way to improve your mindset for the day!
  9. Do a simple yoga practice - find a video and do some yoga!
  10. Watch the sunset - you really can't beat a beautiful summer sunset!
  11. Practice splits 7 days straight - challenge accepted! Get to practicing those splits!
  12. Go to a trampoline park - have fun!
  13. Call a friend - if you don't have your own phone, ask a parent to borrow theirs!
  14. Visit a bookstore - explore a bookstore and find a new series to dig into!
  15. Gymnastics camp - this one requires a bit more parental assistance, but give it a try!
  16. Play in the sprinklers - some good ole' summertime fun!
  17. Visit a museum - whether it's educational or fun, go explore a museum!
  18. Tie dye a leotard - we have the perfect leotard for you to tie dye! Great as a gym bestie or team activity!
  19. Try a new recipe - grab a recipe and get to cooking!
  20. Organize a team gathering - invite your teammates to a fun activity - whether it's just a meal or going to the park, have some fun outside of the gym with your team!
  21. Get ice cream with a friend - the perfect summertime after practice treat!

  26. Do a GymnasticsHQ YouTube workout!
  27. Take 5 handstand pics in cool places - make it a challenge to find the most creative places!
  28. Watch the sunrise - we know it'll be early, but you'll definitely find it's worth it!
  29. Do a creative activity - we have some cool activities in our shop including tie dying, bracelet making, etc. You can try a new craft, make a vision board for the upcoming season, the possibilities are endless!
  30. Build a fort in the living room on a rainy day - an oldie but a goodie, give it a try!
