Shipping & Packaging

Our beams came packaged well with no issues! We ordered here on Amazon and it came quickly and without issues! We give the shipping & packaging ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐!

Here is another option for a home sectional beam!

First Impression

We’re very impressed! Here’s what we think:

  • It feels good – soft!
  • Very light
  • Made well/durable
  • Easy assembly

We give this beam ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ with our first impression!

Set Up & Storage

SO EASY! If you purchase 2 of these 4′ beams, you can velcro them together to make an 8′ beam! This is so convenient for storage – they can come apart easily and be stored pretty much anywhere – under your bed, behind a door, in a closet, against the wall…literally pretty much anywhere!

The velcro is very durable and holds together well.

We give this beam ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ for set up & storage!

Quality

This beam is very well made! The velcro again, is very durable and won’t slip apart easily. For reference, our Coach Christa weighs ~120lbs. The beam is durable, but also gives under your body which is a nice feature for a home beam. It doesn’t wobble, slide or turn while Coach Christa completes straight jumps, handstands and cartwheels.

We give this beam ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ for quality!

How do I know whether or not I’m ready to move on to the next level? I can do almost all of the requirements in my level except one, and I should be a much higher level on the beam and vault! Is it okay if I move on to the next level or do I have wait until I can do everything in the level? Also, is it possible for me to compete at a higher level on beam and vault than on floor and bars?

I would talk to your coaches. Some gyms might be okay with you not having all your requirements, some might not. It might not be a good idea to change levels in the middle of competition season. If you mean move up next year, then I think that is a good idea because you have all summer to learn any skills you don’t have. If you’re in optional or Xcel, you can also switch out whichever skill you don’t have for one you do have.

You should talk to your coaches about moving up to the next level – they will be the ones to determine if you’re ready or not! You would compete in the same level for all events.

I agree with Sadie! If you feel that you are ready to move on, make sure you can do all the requirements for your level. It’s okay if there’s one or two things that you can’t do overall!
