        • My friend is a lvl. 10 and I'm only lvl 3 but the floor skills for level 10 are so confusing. I'm looking up the level 10 skills and they are so confusing.

        • Your comment is unkind. She can be a better gymnast by finding, good, friendly people to help her. It's sad that at such a young age you're unwilling to help.

      • It's okay to make mistakes, especially in grammar. At least it's only words, whereas your comment is rude and unkind.

        • I 100% agree, Leah. Her comment was unnecessary, and rude. However, the reply from Zyla was just as rude than the comment from “gjryk”! We need to be posting helpful or informative comments on here, not bringing each other down, or dissing other Gymnast's! Great comment Leah.

    • Hi Sarah, practice repetitively. And have fun with it! Don't be afraid to ask for help, and if you ask for help and someone is unkind, they're not worth your time. So find good, positive people who are. They're more fun to learn with. I hope this helps!

    • You can’t just get better a gymnastics, you have to practice as much as you can. I understand gymnastics is the hardest sport out there .

    • Maybe you could work at home on skills that are a little bit higher than your level. Make sure they're not to hard or you could get hurt. I'm not saying i'm professional or anything though I'm only a level 4

    • If you want to get your back handspring, you should watch Anna Mcnulty's video on it. Also do back limbers, back walkovers, etc.

    • no, you don’t have to have a single bar release move for level ten. however, you need two releases. examples include a bail/shoot-half, pac, hecht, and maloney

  • I am a level 9 gymnast and i work hard everyday follow me @presshandstand7 And me and hayden are just friends

    • Trust me, if anyone sucks it’s me It took me 3 years to get my kick over, but that’s because I didn’t practice at home. Here are my tips for you: try walking your hands closer to your feet, lean your shoulders a little bit forward over your hands, then try your kick over. If that doesn’t work, try doing a bridge in front of a wall and start walking your feet up it until you can successfully kick over. Each time you do it, try to walk up a little less, and you’ll have it on flat ground in no time :)

P.S. omg sorry for the super long comment
