Alternative 1: Squat Turn

Go into high relevé, squat down onto the balls of your feet, pivot, and stand up.

Alternative 2: Side Lunge to Turn Around

Side lunge to lock position. Start facing the side in a lunge position and then snap into a lock position facing the end of the beam.

Alternative 3: 1/2 Turn on One Foot

Prep with your good leg in front, turn on the ball of your foot, and finish.
