If you have trampoline just trying to point your foot maybe that will work for you because when I tried to do a cart wheel and round off it was the same way for me

I am 12 and I just started gymnastics but my parents wont let me buy any equipment. Any ideas on how I can practice bar or beam at home without the actual bar or beam? Or any alternatives to the gymnastics equipment? Thanks!
