It depends on what all you're trying to accomplish! You won't be able to get all of the skills to move up without proper gym equipment (and we recommend gym training for safety reasons). Check out some of our other resources on our blog!
Maybe try practicing in your home everyday and you could get the skills you need to move up or maybe ask for extra training at your gym?
