Q: Do I have to upload pics or videos for the challenges?

No, it’s not required. You can choose the skip option when prompted to upload a pic or video. We give the option as it helps gymnasts stay accountable. We also love watching our SkillTrakker gymnasts progress throughout the month & other SkillTrakker gymnasts do as well! We love seeing you all cheer each other on!


Q: How do I earn points for prizes in the Skilltrakker store?

Earn points by completing the daily challenges (in purple) each day by midnight & monthly challenges (with checkboxes in the "regular" tab on the challenges page) to earn points.  

Q: What is the difference between lifetime & current points?
Current points are the current monthly points earned. Lifetime points are the points you’ve earned throughout your entire Skilltrakker subscription. 

Q: How do I earn the monthly 2000 bonus points?
Each month, you will need to complete every daily challenge as well as every monthly challenge, earning the maximum points for the month. If you do this, at the end of the month you’ll be awarded a 2000 pt bonus!

Q: Do the prizes cost anything? 
The prizes are free, however redemption is subject to shipping fees for non-US orders. 

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
We would hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so by clicking on the toggle wheel. Here, you will be able to update your payment information as well as cancel your subscription. Keep in mind that if you do cancel on your side, it will be effective immediately. If you email us to cancel, we will cancel it at the end of your current billing cycle - please email gymnasticshq@gmail.com for us to cancel your subscription.

Q: Who can I contact if I have any questions or problems with SkillTrakker?

Please email gymnasticshq@gmail.com with any questions or concerns! Please don't reply to the newsletter emails as these can sometimes get lost in the mix!

Q: Why did I lose my daily streak?

A minimum of 1 daily challenge must be completed each day before they expire at midnight in order to maintain your daily streak. In order to be eligible for the bonus 2000 points at the end of the challenge, you must complete all 3 daily challenges each day as well as all of the monthly challenges.


Q: Why does the SkillTrakker webpage say that it's not secure?

Sometimes our certificate may expire and you're in the few minutes prior to it updating. When this happens, you iill likely have to clear your cache and/or use a private/incognito browser for it to display properly. SkillTrakker is ALWAYS safe/secure, so you do not have to worry about that! When in doubt, clear your cache and/or use a private/incognito browser to see if this fixes whatever issue you're having!

Q: Why isn't my video uploading?

Videos will upload if they are under 32MB - this supports up to 4 minutes of video, unedited. If your video is spinning and not appearing to upload, delete, refresh your browser and/or log out and back in to try again. If you're still having difficulties, this is likely due to your internet connection. If the video is under 4 minutes, it will upload if your internet connection supports it. You can also try using a compressing app to help the video upload.
