We're giving you a month of tools that you can use to improve your self-love and confidence from the inside out. And the best part is that you can take these tools and use them whenever you need a boost.

After this month you can feel better knowing that you don't have to be so hard on yourself as a gymnast.

You can leave this challenge not feeling like you have to compare yourself to other gymnasts.

What will we teach you in this challenge?

Throughout each day of this 29 day challenge we will give you a daily worksheet to help you...

  • Learn how important self-love is to gymnastics with ways to increase it
  • Build up your confidence so you can become a better gymnast
  • Learn a simple technique for increasing gratitude & having a more positive attitude


Plus, we always like to work something using your body so you can improve your gymnastics that way too. This month our focus is on Flexibility!

  • You'll get flexibility drills that are proven to increase your splits and leaps
  • Do a fun assessment at the beginning and end of the challenge to see how much you improve
  • Have some fun while also improving your gymnastics

So How Exactly Does This Challenge Work?

STEP 1: You'll Sign up for the SkillTrakker Theme Month

Join a community of other gymnasts all working towards a common goal, in this case, more self-love and improved flexibility.

STEP 2: You'll Login & Start Completing the Daily Assignments


You'll get an email with instructions on how to create your account. Then you'll login and start completing the daily assignments/exercises in our private Skilltrakker platform.



STEP 3: At the End of the Month You'll See Progress!

After you complete every challenge for the entire month you'll not only see progress in your self-love but you'll also be more flexible! (*results are not guaranteed but if you work hard we're sure you'll notice a difference)

I train in the gym a lot of hours during the week and I'm worried I won't have the time to complete the daily assignments?

We know how much you train which is why we created worksheets/drills that can be done in a short amount of time each day. You can do the exercises in the morning before you go to school or even right before bed. These exercises were designed to be focused and effective so it doesn't take much time each day to see results. 


Is this a LIVE challenge?

Yes! You'll be going through the assignments daily with the other participants of the challenge. You'll all start and end at the same time so you'll be able to track your progress and see where you stand on the Leaderboard. It's a great way to stay motivated and to have a little friendly competition with other gymnasts working on the same goal as you.


What exactly IS SkillTrakker? I can't really tell. 

First and foremost, SkillTrakker is an online community of other gymnasts who are working on mastering different gymnastics skills. In SkillTrakker you can keep track of the different skills you're learning on each event and watch the progess you're making. You can even download certificates as you master each skill! You earn points for completing daily challenges and with your points you can win prizes in the SkillTrakker Store. In the daily feed you can see what other gymnasts are learning and cheer them on through comments and high fives. Basically, SkillTrakker is a really cool way to practice your gymnastics skills while staying motivated and belonging to a community of other cool gymnasts like yourself!

How long is this SkillTrakker theme month?

The Self-Love & Flexibility theme month lasts 29 days. It starts on Saturday, February 1st and ends on February 29th.


Does it cost money to join the Self-Love & Flexibility Theme Month on SkillTrakker?

Yes, in order to participate in the SkillTrakker Challenge you must be signed up for SkillTrakker which costs $7 per month. At only $7, this is an incredible deal!! You'll not only get daily assignments, community, and accountability, but you'll also improve your self-love, confidence, and flexibility! In fact, the cost of a typical recreational gymnastics class in the U.S. averages about $20/hr. The cost for private gymnastics lessons is at least double that. Most challengers find that their skills really see improvement after three to six months of consistent effort with SkillTrakker.
