    At my grand daughters gym three coaches told her not to practice at home management even put this long thing about parents or grandparents should not help them learn drills. I stilk help but why would they say this

      I believe there are some skills that coaches don’t want the gymnast to practice incorrectly. My coach encourages practicing basic skills but nothing that requires spotting. Practice longevity on your handstands, turns and any little nemesis.

      this is not right my mom spots me at “home” (parks, Walmart, mc donnalds) all the time you should defenatliy still spot her at home it’s the only way to get better just watch some youtube videos to make shure you are doing it right

    Practice at home has really helped me to improve my gymnastic skills I would supper it.

    I’m EiGhTy PeRcEnT cOMmItEd. I’m at the gym 20 hours a week, my coach is already trying to get us all noticed by colleges, im only 11. I’d say I’m about 99 percent committed but okay.
