During this 7 Day Handstand Challenge we'll focus on:
Improving your body position in your handstand.
Increasing the amount of time you can hold your handstand.

This is a LIVE 7 Day Challenge which means the exercises will be uploaded daily and you'll do them along with the other gymnasts on the same day! Sooooooooooo much fun!
Oh, and did we mention there's a PRIZE?!
That's right! In order to win the prize, gymnasts must post on their feed at least 1 of the 3 drills each day EVERY day for each of the 7 days & tag us on Instagram or TikTok! Make sure to tag us (not just mention) so we can see them! We will randomly pick 1 winner from all eligible gymnasts!
