Gymnastics classes are for everybody, regardless of skill level. If you’re still worried about not having your splits, you can go to youtube and look up some tutorials. That really helped me!

My daughter started level 3 un sanctioned before having her split perfect, it’s the passion you feel for the sport and determination to start and keep trying that will get you where you want to be!

my parents would not let me take classes so i do Skill Tracker. I LOVE IT! I would say sign up for it, it is just like online classes. I could not be more pleased with it. and no i am not being payed to say this i truly LOVE it!

The best thing that I did was finding stretches that worked for me and stretching every day. Also after school everyday I held the splits for 5 minutes, that might help as well.

hi kelal, try doing a handstand then snapping down with your feet together into a back handspring and push through your heels. try to go back not up. then try a round off flick flick again go back and push through your heels then try a tuck back.
