North Valley Gymnastics

20815 N. 28th St

North Valley is a gym that was built with a TON of money. The owner wanted her son to be an Olympian, so she built a gym for all levels, all ages, and fresh new equipment. They have recreational classes, and competitive teams in both Gymnastics and T&T. That said, they are still fairly new and posted a couple of former average gymnasts as their head coaches. As such, they remain arrogant and immature, and create unnecessary drama within the teams. Most of the teams are a hodge-podge of athletes that have been trained elsewhere and are there now because of a number of reasons. Their progressions and preparations are inconsistent from month to month, year to year, coach to coach. This is advanced critique, but it is the reason this gym has the reputation of taking an Olympic potential-talent and getting it injured or placed dead last in total embarrassment. That said, it is not so bad for lower levels, but rest assured that if your child is older or needing a full twist, or release moves; then it is in your best interest to go elsewhere.
