We put together a 5 minute gymnastics workout that you can do at home without equipment. Check out the video below and feel free to follow along!

Here are the exercises in the video:

Stretch to ceiling and then touch your toes – hold for 3 seconds reaching up and then touching your toes
Standing straddle stretch- 3 secs each touching left, middle, right
Pike stretch with pointed feet – hold 10 secs
Point, Flex, Point, Flex x 10
Sitting on the ground straddle stretch – hold 3 secs touching left side, 3 secs middle, 3 secs right size
Boats – hollow and arch 20 secs each
Plank hold 20 seconds and then walk hands out for hollow plank hold with arms by ears for 20 secs
Lunge, handstand, lunge x 10
Handstand, T-ing in and out x 10
Turn Prep Drill- Lunge, Step to relevé hold with arms in crown, step out x 10
Full or half turn on toe x 10
Pivot turn in relevé x 10
